[HoI2] AAR Japan 1914 (MOD)

Been playing 1914 for awhile now and really like the mod so far...
So i've decided to make an AAR with Japan

Not going to start straight away,need some preparations first

Chapter I

First the current status of Japan and the planning of invasions.

Politics: Will be updating this quite a lot,since almost every 2 years, Japan has an switch of Government.

Technology: So far I'm going to keep it balanced,since i have no idea what the future holds.

Production: Won't building any factories yet,since i will be using other country's IC ,but have instead starting with building some transports needed for the invasions.
After that i will focus on infantry until Russia joins in,which i think they will...

Invasion Plans: So far I've decided to invade Korea and hold it until I'm sufficiently reinforced.
After that i will attempt to hold up the enemy forces north of Korea,when in the meantime,another force takes the south of China and leaves their own forces without any supplies.

Chapter II

After the production of the transports were finished,The invasion was ready to begin.
6:00 17th of July ,Busan already fell and was undefended like the rest of Korea.

Only 1 Division stood in the way of 8,and just after 3 weeks annexation was a fact.
Could have made it less,if my soldiers could march faster.

Now that the production is open for use,i will wait until my divisions are ready for upgrade,and then after that begin the mass production of infantry.

My main aim is to get 24 divisions,3 for the North-Korean border,3 for the invasion south of China.

Chapter III

''Change of Plans''


After Korea fell, a defensive border was maintained against the Qing Empire,since our future invasion would take place there.

Backing down was not an option,turning Japan into an isolationist is the last thing we want.

Port Arthur was the first target and Japanese troops were rushed to the transports in order to catch the Russians off-guard.
This haste was not needed since Port Arthur was left undefended.

After this success,General Hasegawa decided to push all the way into Russia , since they were busy fighting Germany their allies...
However,the Central Powers were down on there luck.

Been reading some history now,and soon there will be a rebellion in the Qing Empire.
So for now I'm planning a ceasefire with Russia and waiting to strike East.

Sounds like a good plan, move in whilst their squabbeling between themselves.

The rebellion will make the Qing about as powerful as vanilla Bulgaria, 1936, if your game goes anything like mine did
