Battle Camera constantly pans forward

When I begin setting up before a battle the camera moves forward constantly without me pressing anything.

Any ideas how to solve this?

I've tried changing the controls for moving forward/backwards, reloading the game, restarting the computer etc.

You might want to try tapping the forward pan button a couple of times. I find that ETW camera controls can stick, even when you haven't pressed anything.
