You can go read it yourself but the tech mods at www.totalwarforums.com say your 4330 is not made for gaming.
from lookin around at various help threads and forums I think the problem probably lies with me not having a good Nvidia Driver, problem is i dont have a clue about them, any recomendations for which one i should download?

I looked on mod manager and there are all these conflicts, most seem to be visual related, ive got no mods installed except a few new units of my own creation that worked fine before now

If it worked before the patch, it will work after the patch.
Not many mods have caught up with the latest patch. You have to go to their forums and find out.
It can be your own creations doing it. It can be the file structures changed with the patch. If it works without your units or any other mod, you know its not the card. You need to go find out what changed in the mods and make your units match.
ive deleted all mod packs and the problem still occurs, all of the conflicts are with either patch,patch1,patch2,patch3,patch-en
is there a simple solution like me reinstalling the game and hopefully returning these packs to there original state?
Delete the scripts folder in appdata and verify your local cache. It could be down to missing a few files. If the scripts are still reading them, they won't get fixed.
