APPCRASH please help

played the game on and off since release, i have installed and uninstalled several times without issue, my crash problem started after latest steam download on 8/02/10 it was causing issues with darthmod.. so i uninstalled all and did a fresh install just incase, turns out hotfix 2 days later would have fixed darth mod...

my pc spec is
rampage extreme mb, i7 3.3 quad, 2 x 295gtx os vista home premium. i have got latest gpu driver on.

i have not changed anything other than uninstall and reinstall, i have also verified correct instal via steam control pannel.

i have also opened a new steam account and purchesed the game again and i still have same crash.

someone hellllllllllllllppppppppppppppppp

I only know two things that might help.

The "insufficient Memory Errors" sticky at the top of this forum or a 64bit operating system.
