    Default Winter in Italy?

    I've got a problem with RS1.6

    In vanilla Rome, Winter battles could not be fought in the campaign under a certain threshold, around Mediolanium and Patavium. Any battles in wintertime under there stayed the same.

    With RS1.6, I found myself in a winter battle around Capua.

    Is this a bug with the new battlefield terrain? Or was this the team's intention?
