Uninstalling

Hey guys,

I prefer vanila rome: total war over this mod but i cant seem to play it with this mod installed, so how do i uninstall this mod??

You cannot uninstall it. That's why we urge people to copy their Rome - Total War directory before installing it. You'll have to reinstall Rome - Total War to play the vanilla version.

Man what ISA Gunner is trying to say is. How the &%$^ can you prefer vanila over this awesome mod. Its 100 times more historicly acurate. Models are amaizing and so forth and so on. Am I right ISA Gunner?!

Here's a short list:

35 custom designed and unique legions
Brand new map
Retextured and/or remodelled nearly all units
Never seen before environment that makes the battlefields actually look real and more difficult to fight on
New vegetation to make grass/trees etc not look horrible
No stupid 3 roman family thing
5 (6?) new factions that weren't in vanilla and are far more historically accurate
Historical starting positions
New icons/banners etc.
Sinhuets and/or Darths formations for improved battle AI
Various and sundry other things.

Of course these are all terrible things that make RS1.6a absolutely horrible to play.

Now now, don't be hating the guy just cause he doesn't like something we all love, some people could just care less about historical accuracy and the likes and just enjoy the more gimmicky approach the original game had (hell even myself have missed the gladiator units from vanilla on rare occasions

). But to answer your question as is stated before, the only way you're gonna get rid of RS is to delete your entire total war folder.
