necromancy

I was wondering what it did so i looked it up in the trait txt and it affects:
battlesurgery and unittraining. Battlesurgery I understand, but what does the unittraining mean? Something like you can train mercenaries after the battle?

Oh and I was wondering if any adopted general could get the trait.

Can train more units if garrisoned in city/castle.
