That can be easily done . May i ask you dont like how the mongols are protrayed currently which has them playable and an enormous force(not horde they own settlements as they conqueor them ) i not sure what value will be making them unplayable and a horde such as the timurids are portrayed in my submod heroes hordes and beyond.

Because then this modification is much better if there is mongol and timurs invasion like it was in real life. I think no one dont want to play with them, because almost all units have 0 upkeep cost, this is not challenge. Stand against them, this is challenge and good gameplay. Same about Astecs, they do not have ships, right? ( Sorry if i'm wrong about that) Why someone like to play with them? You stay only in your america and you cant go nowhere, you just stay and conquer these rebel towns what you can conquer and look how your income rise to high numbers, but you dont have idea what to do with this money. Just build up armies and wait when europe attack you and then you can kill them with your wooden weapons. Anyway you get defeated by them sooner or later. If you are agree with me in this, then but it to vote and then lets see what people wants and who like what. This is only proposal and I see with my eyes this necessary change.
before you came up with this idea have you actually played a campaign of KGCM?? i dont think you have strangely by your comments or if you have not many my idea for you is play a russian campaign and see how you go handling KGCM mongol invasion which mate is 3 times stronger than any vanillia styled hordeThats going backwards but go try it out and then you might actually understand what your talking about

Yes, I have played but only with Teutonic faction. And once when i played, then russia destroyed mongols.
Russia beat the mongols i would say thats impossible
take a look at this and this is standard (well it is in my submod heroes hordes and beyond the mongols have been slowed at the start but given a huge AI boost so that they can rival the west europe as they did
Dont tell me the mongols arent a challenge you wont see that sort of effect from any vanillia style horde it just doesnt work and ITS NOT a challenge in any way shape or form heck you use 4 assasins and horde over![]()
Okay, anyway very nice modification! Cities and castles are very nice, i can get that modification under sub-mods?! Nothing Is Impossible![]()
It is quite clear to me that you haven't taken the time to play KGCM enough yet to form such an opinion. Because 1 play through or maybe half a play through is no where near enough time to say this mod would be better off with a horde script for the mongols.
Do you think that this option hasn't already been looked at very closely? From actual testing on this huge map the evidence is very clear. Oh and you can play as the mongols just fine. All you need to do is just give a few mongol units upkeep costs in the EDU and your done. Just make sure you disband a few of your horse archers though at the start or you'll have no money
