Question about Stainless Steel

Hi, just started playing stainless steel, and im really enjoying it! I was just wondering though, each turn seems to be 2 years, and my generals are only ageing 6 months, this seems really unrealistic, is it supposed to be like this?

I thought there were "character ageing" scripts implented, but appearently not. They do excist, though, so you might add one to the campaign script.

The rate of aging is hardcoded. Generals age at 1 year every 2 turns no matter what the timescale is set at.

Ok, thats great, thanks for the help. Is there anyway to change turns to 6 months each instead of 2 years? Or does this make the game much worse?

There is but you will also have to change other things too (eg population growth rates) or you will mess things up. Check the submods forum for already released 2 turns per year mods
