Could I invite someone else to beta?

I know a person in particular that is able to give extremely sound views and extremely good criticism as to why a game succeed or fail.

I was wondering if the team want me to invite him over ( He don't have a TWC account, but he did own a copy of RTW ) for a beta?

Through the net, on another web forum. He's a person that can ruthlessly destroy game concepts for being unplayable in the long run, and back up his views with strong argumentation.

I think he can, as he has offered his view as to how to resolve certain problems with game design for instance.
