    Default Partiely windowed screen

    Sry ive used to search function to try and find any info im fruststrated as hell for no reason everytime i load my SS its partialy windowed meaning i get a full screen with dark sides

    I have tried changing resoultion and all kinds of stuff but it dosent help if anyone i have vista 32 bits if that helps i have no clue why this is happening and it just started.
