Hey im Trojan King - i've been viewing the mod on you tube and such and love to detail that gone into the units.

was just wondering if this could b e ageneric q@a thread that gets locked after the q@s are answerd.

is 7.0 the latest installment for v.15? also is there an extension of v7.0 known as v.7.0 - 1.2

also does the mod come with an auto installer and such?

Yes the thread can get locked if you request a lock down.

SPQR v7 is the latest release for R TW 1.5, there is an upgrade called the units add - on version 1.2 i believe.

Yes SPQR uses an auto installer.

so 7.0 isnt the latest installment for inst the full dish? - more units can still be added with the 1.2 ?

The units add on is more or less an upgrade in order to get it to work you need to install V7.0.

me again - sorry to bother you so much so soon, but i was wondering (if at all possible) would you be able to release a version where the countries are able to engage in war with each other? ( I know it’s not what SPQR is about) but it would bring great elements of joy to the more casual none historical gamer who would like to appreciate all your teams hard work in another light.
(i understand Greeks have been known to RAPE all when countries are allowed to fight one another but id deal with it )

Obviously I’m not expecting a yes but i would really love it if you guys could seriously consider it in a sensible civil manner.

To be clear on some thing first, lt1956 is the soul creator of this wonderful mod so requests like this should be aimed at him.

My own thoughts on this are the following. I don't think there will be a release of your request as lt has worked very hard to achieve what we have now. Almost 90% of the veteran members and new members have asked for a super faction fix to enjoy a more variety in fighting factions. Whit the super faction fix the games has become more interesting and more joy.

People already complain about gauls sending stack after stack towards your borders what will they say when they have to defeat army after army of greeks with spartans? It would be a real disaster and pain in the ass and a lot of members would just stop playing this mod.

Hello all - I take it factions such as Briton arent unlockable? - unless you complete the campaign?

Afaik all factions are playable, although I only recommend playing Rome.
Playing Britons would be rather boring though, since they aren't able to build boats. So unless you mod that, you'ld be stuck on the isles

no, but you'll soon realise just how much that sucks when you try and attack them, they have a lot of armies, all condensed into a small area... lol
