One advice, using google chrome browser you can have a orthography corrector, it's automatic, and when you make a mistake, it's like in office. You just right click and the options appears, and you can correct your grammar, very useful.

It must be something with drivers, although the troubleshoot sticky thread should be a must to read for you, try those fix first, if it don't work can be here latter.

You did not post your dxdiag, so it's only a guess on my part, but from my experiences with computers going back to 8-bit processors and a floppy drive to boot up with no harddrive available yet, I would say "Yes".

This is a drivers fault, it's a common Nvidia issue, take a look at their thread in the stickies.

You would be better off with this game and future games installing the 64 bit Ultimante. The work-around for insufficient memory is in a stcky by MadBoris right aboe this if you use 32-bit. It has to do with large area addresses in memory and with 64 bit, it's not a problem. It will cut down on crashes.

I have the 512mb version of your card with the latest drivers and after latest update, campaign map cities, flags, etc. were all there.
Two things on this thought are turn your shader 3 down to shader 2 and/or install older drivers. The only Nvidia drivers CA will admit to testing with are 182.04.

Also, turn down your resolution. Your cpu can't keep up in battles.

When you bought Ultimate, it came with both 32 bit and 64 bit dvds. There is a discussion at .com over this and the tech mods are saying the way this game uses memory, it's the best way to go.

If you want to keep your 32 bit, use MadBoris' memory fix:http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=238484.

It's already been proven by other posts at www.totalwarforums.com that 64 bit is best for this game and Napoleon coming.
