Well I'll start off by saying that the idea of contributing in some way in the project would be an honor. RTW is one of my favorite games of all time and what you guys are doing with it is fantastic.
My tech skills are moderate, well basic. I have played a few mods though and could give you my honest critique, more so than "this is the greatest", although it will probably be true. I could put in a decent amount of time into the beta testing, average a couple hrs a day. I have some midterms coming up but you could count on steady campaign progress.
