My question might not fit this forum. But I'am going to try. First I would like to say in my opinion, that ROMA SURRECTUM is this best modification out there for ROME TOTAL WAR and will continue to do so with RS2. Enough said about that. Heres my question for everyone out there. Does anybody know, think or even feel that maybe THE CREATIVE ASSEMBLY will make another game for RTW. Maybe like the start to the end of the ROMAN EMPIRE? Or will this game live a little longer with the love and the devotion the RS team and others keep putting into their own mods? All replies are "WELCOME". To all, thanks inadvance!

I think they'll make either a Shogun 2 or a Rome 2 after they release Napolean because a WW1 setting would be too much of a challenge to build and well....yeah. It won't matter though if they release RTW2. Because by that time, Roma Surrectum 2, Europa Barbarorum 2 and Rise of the Nations will be out which means endless amounts of Rome-era fun for all of us.

Maybe they'll get discouraged by all the mods coming out and decide not to make Rome 2 or Shogun 2

But yeah, I do think (hope) a Rome 2 will come out

If the company doesn't go bankrupt, that will probably be the next course of action. I will actually buy RS2 if they make it. They ed up too bad with Empire to make me want to buy that clone Napoleon. Same era. Smaller map.

Aha, but I've heard they actually intend to release a new game designated RTW2:TFOTR Now you wonder what's this, I'll tell ya: Rome Total War 2: The Fellowship Of The Ring
