No problem.
The 39 sound files for the mod are there.
Have you checked the game's sound options?
Did so now, Sound Provider is set on Miles Fast 2D Positional Audio and the volume is on and such, can't change sound provider it tells me all other options are unsupported (no hardware installed).
Mine's the same.
Dumb questions.
1. Have you tried turning up the volume on your speakers/headset?
2. Have you tried turning up the volume in sound options?
3. The one all Tech support has to ask, is the Mute box checked?

To clarify my problem again i have voices for the units but not for anything else such as music advisors or buttons.
I had some other trouble earlier but followed instructions on this site that fixed them (it couldn't find Kingdom.exe used app to fix and i had to delete the map.rwm)
Just in case something got lost in the download, and can happen in one this size, have you tried a fresh dowlnoad?
No i haven't i'll try that and come back if the problem persists.

The inital files look fine - where do the additional voice files come from? They are the original (vanilla) ones and are not required in that folder.
Add this entry into the CFG file in the RegionMod_Kings folder (at the bottom), save and then try again:

tried it didn't work.
Removed the vanilla soundfiles beforehand.
Did you mean that i should put it after the hotseat instructions or should i place it after video does it matter?
