Who else is buying this?

Unbelieveble..
there are so many negative topics over NTW without the game even be released yet..
turning this part of my beloved tw forums (which i visit since rtw) into a soap serie...

i thought its time that the more positive readers and gamers let here their voice too,
so thats why i open this topic, call it spamm or not, but its about time that the gamers
who will buy it for their own reasons, can say something too.

my story? i will play this game and judge for my own if its any good, medium or a fail,
after some serieus gaming i will post my thought and ideas on this forum, hoping that
ca or some modders will do something with it.

i the love napoleonic time period, and with me lots of other gamers around, games
about napoleonic times are not that many and if i am not mistaking no other game
company is working on one at the moment..

after saying that; the game is costing overhere a small 35 euro. same price as going
out for a eat in a cheap restaurant... 35 euro..napoleonic period..play with the old
garde.. gaming fun. what do you want more?

a lot of people overhere are complaining about all these details.. no game is perfect and
no game will 100 procent be as you want it to be.. be happy with this or look for
something else, but dont try to turn my own thoughts into you own negative ,
like some on this forum are trying to do for quit some time!

ntw here i come!

35 euro is food in student cantine for 5 days...So...not exactly the best of the comparisons... At least I can sue the bastards if the food is poisoned/unfinished/horrid...or get a new dish...

Well there is Histwar- Les Grognads(spelling?) But it depends what you want because it's a decent battle sim, but has very poor graphics compared to NTW, and no campaign map or Naval battles.

As for you playing with the famous old garde, well it looks like CA made a mistake with the Bearskin, so they don't look like old guard any more, hope you don't mind this detail.
