Ok I am dumb..Where are the Dark Elves?

I have downloaded the patches in order, and installed them in order along with the translations in (from the post that says 'Read this first')...but the Dark Elves do not show available. Is there is something I am obviously doing wrong? Or somewhere I am not looking?

Check each icon carefully and I forgot their exact location, but it can be easy to miss at times. There is no reason for them to be excluded if everything else is included.

Go ahead and check in custom battles. I recall it being a slim icon with purple in the background, or black, with red. Or, in the campaign map as another race press ~ then type toggle_fow to see the entire map. Go look toward the Norscan wilds, and they should have a base called 'Dark Elves camp' or something along those lines.

When you install 1.02, install it on the desktop and then copy\paste it to your directory.

Thanks! I am doing a complete re-install from the ground up.. Then I will take it step by step and I will try installing it to the desktop.
