New faction name not coming up

Hi, having a bit of a problem with the Faction name not coming up i edited the files listed below but Macedonia was still Macedonia.

shared.txt -
expanded.txt -

Checked that the files had been saved that was fine, the only thing that i can think is that the game is taking the files from the pack for some reason. I've edited this before and it came up first time each time, Is the pack the problem? Also it would be odd because it's acepting things like new names for provinces and cities etc. I was trying to avoid hitting the pack with X extractor because of load time and hardrive issues. Any pointers from the folks at TWC. I'm using a mod folder in the camapigns section but the same issue for the Imperial camapign. A bit bemused all in all. Thought it would be half an hours work then move onto something more difficult and rewarding, but have been at it for 4 hours so far. The things Stuborn as a mule, and i can't figure what's going wrong.

Hi, I'm using RTW 1.5 because I am wanting a Rome type set of factions or at least the scripting for it. I'm not sure if BI text would work. It remains a puzzle because I've done this before several times and this is the first time that this has happened. Do you mean adding BI to the game helps with this? Or take text from BI?

No change the values in the file data\text\expanded_bi.txt this is the file used not the ones you were trying, even for RTW it is a shared file with BI.

Hi, got it dude the thing is working great now it was the BI text as you say it is shared. This nust be new or i think possibly i was modding previously on a earlier edition of the game maybe even the vanilla when using RTW which was throwing me. Thanks for the help much apreciated.
