Edit smiths upgrade

I'd like edit the upgrade of the smiths, how can I make it to 1st level upgrade everything(missile weapon, heavy weapon, armor ect..) to +1. 2nd level +2, 3rd level +3

Certainly, open export_descr_buildings.txt and scroll down until you find the smith's building. Looking at the differences between the levels should show you how to achieve what you want.
