Agree with you their Graham it's going to be quite interesting to watch and see how your men adapt to walking through possible fields with constant pockets of holes stopping their steady march.

Hopefully they don't float over top of the craters as if the ground were flat, like World in Conflict before patches

I guess that the circle around the Artill is to get your guns to fire rapidly for 3 salvoes, then they have to cool down for awhile.

Well, about the green one.. the only button I can't see is a defence position one so I guess it's that one.
and the yellow, might be a new bouncy ball option.

I'm gonna hire a dwarf mortar team to blast my way through a forest. Maybe get a goblin tree cutter too.

Green one seems to be the formations button.

also in the circle with the unknown arty ammo.. in the lower right corner there is something.. looks like a number or something .. maybe that ammo is restricted to a speciel amount of shots.. due to supply maybe

So can your troops stand inside the craters for somewhat of a cover? Or does it just become an obstacle that you have to go around?

    You kidding me....

I doubt even a light infantry man could fit into that tiny hole.

Did 18th century artillery have the capability to make large craters for squads of soldiers to hide in? WWI and WWII had it but this age?

Encircled button is a Barrage fire button and indeed - canons must cool down laterz.
Crater on the Moon looks like joke, but author is not far from truth. That s what i saw after Russians Unicorns spoke. It was enormous hole
