Will I be able to play Napoleon on this PC?

I haven't got any chance to try a total war game on my PC yet, besides Medieval 2, which worked pretty well on the highest settings.

I played Empire on my friend PC, and I am really looking forward to get Napoleon.

I just don't sure if I will be able to run it. My computer:

Pentium Dual-Core CPU E5300 2.60 GHZ
2.00 GB RAM
Nvidia Ge force 9400 GT 1024 MB
Windows XP and Direct X 9

I got a small budget of 150 $ I can spend on some upgrades, but I don't know what I need to upgrade.
Suggestions please...

i think this is enough for Napoleon: Total War but you cant play with max graphics i think so.

I would say Argonaut1 is correct. MTWII was a demanding game, if it coped well then it will play NTW quite well, and even though it is more pretty than ETW, apparantly it's being tweaked for better performance.
Not sure how it will cope with the sea battles though, that's what really hammers my mates PC, not the land battles.

Well I am not sure that this pc could handle NTW on high settings. I would strongly recommend you to upgrade the video card.
