    Why not adding elemental magic rune stones ?
    I remember Warhammer RPG, a campaign i played and the purpose was to re-unite elemental magic rune stones (one for each element + 1 for the void, so 5 elements: earth, fire, water, air and void - if i remember well - was some years ago). Plus this could fit to ANY faction.

    - Air rune: +XX% movement speed
    - Earh rune: +XX hitpoints
    - Fire rune: +X command
    - Water rune: +X% movement speed +X hitpoints
    - Void rune: +X dread

    Well just my 2 cents..

    And Kahvi: great work !!! You deserve many rep for all your fantastic help (simpler unit cards, EFI, more ancillaries, what next ? ^^)

    Is Gotrek's "Runemaster's Axe of the lost dwarven fortress of Karag Dum" (, copy paste ) in the game? I didn't get it for him, and I believe it's really an accessory to add..Can someone confirm if it is already ingame?

    Did you know that you can remove the background in tga images?

    If you don't I could do that for you. I just think that they would look better that way.

    no i don't think it is in the game and you can just call it Gotrek's axe. I can't think of a better name for it, as any other name (besides runemaster's axe) that would fit hasnt been proven, just speculation.

    Yes i do, but I wan't to make these with same backround style as all other's ancillaries in CoWH, so they don't stand out. And since some Ui's from Efi will be added to CoWH, some ancs might blend too well to the different colored backround. But I will do this if same change will be in CoWH

    Ok I see, but I doubt they will change in the original mod.

    I have a humble suggestion to add a "living persons" as ancil instead abstract ingeneers or warpriest/ witchhunters
    Like Luter Huss, Valten, Baltazar Gelt, Magnus Golt (witchhunter), Franz Fogel (averland greatsword captain)

    Well now it is possible, since Saladin joined to deal with the lore stuff I will put "living persons" with "items"-download once we are that far. Since they are more like unique items, than generic retinue.

    as soon you have pics for the special characters let me know, and ill do the descriptions and stuff.

    I know what I said before, but some of these are major players in warhammer, and if they're not characters, they should be made effective.

    Luthor Huss is a Warrior Priest. He's not known as anything "major", like Chosen of Sigmar, or Theogonist, he's just a warrior priest. With his name, he's Warhammer's answer to Martin Luthor. Stats should be in the region of +1 Attack, +1 Personal Security, -2 Unrest, +2 Piety, -10% Trade, -0.5 Population Growth (Merchants and some of the populace flee from him - hence less unrest caused by Chaos, but less people in the settlement, because they don't have the interest to get accused of heresy).

    Valten is a Chosen of Sigmar, and is extremely powerful. However, he's being used as a Tool by Theogonist, Huss, and the Emperor. He has no wish to command, instead, preferring just to smite the enemies of sigmar. Hence perhaps -2 Command, +5 Troops Morale +3 Piety, +1 Personal Security, -10% Recruitment Costs, +10% Movement, -10% Trade, +1 Pop Growth.

    Balthazar Gelt is the Leader of the Gold Order of the Colleges of Magic, and specialises in alchemy. +1 Personal Security, +50% Trade, +50% Mining

    Magnus Golt and Franz Fogel I have no idea over.

    Witch Hunter, I'd say +1 Personal Security, +1 Piety, -1 Pop Growth, and Greatsword = +1 Personal Security, +1 Commanding Infantry to start with.

    Well, anc is better than nothing, right ? But I agree, seeing these guys in battlefield would be great.

    thanks and no problem, i like doing lore research, plus it helps when im ready to get started back on my COW immersion submod.

    Franz Fogel is a greatsword captain from Averland he led a 300 esque defense against a massive horde of chaos. He's from the graphic novel Forge of War. Good comic. Not sure about Magnus Volt.

    I have to say i would not like to see Luthor or Valten as retinue. I believe it would be better to wait for them to be added in-game or maybe if someone make a sub-mod with new chars.(but i bet CoW team will add living chars in future patches.) Just imagine Valten with his full plate golden armour, would look great on both campaign map and battlefield.

    Btw has anyone seen Steffan von Kessel ingame, i played an ostermark campaign but haven't seen him, he might spawn after the storm of chaos though, not sure about that. Atleast there is are entries for him in export_anc and names etc.

    yeah i heard he was in the game but i havent seen him, ill check the the campaign script to see if he spawns at some time.
