cool! im using the generic empire but i think im gonna download the averland one, since that's province i usually play as.
They are great but there is only one thing, the descriptions are to long for traits...
2D artist for Call of Warhammer TW; 2D artist for Westeros TW; 2D artist and researcher for The Ruins of Arnor TATW sub-mod; 2D artist for Warcraft TW.
We have this long descriptions only for unique "one in world" ancs.
More generic ones have shorter ones I personally like that there's more info about them, but I like to "roleplay" TW-games usually , it makes the character carrying it more unique.
Thought it isn't big job to make them shorter.
i noticed that all of Thorgrim Grudgebearer's gear is in the ancillary text files, but does he have them in game?
Actually you are right, I found them too, didn't notice them before
If I readed the files right, you get book of Grudges (anc named bolkni in files)when you have right buildings, stats, and more gold than 5000, with general in settlement, with 18 % change.
Edit: Personally I would go it for anc as passing from king to king, and give it for Grudgebearer in the beginning of campaign.
i agree, thorgrim should have his gear just as Karl Franz has Ghal Maraz.
Also what do think of some of the more fantastical mounts as ancillaries? Since it's near impossible to have dragons, griffons, wyverns, etc. on the battlefield, what do you think of having them as ancillaries?
Yeah i agree completly, the only problem is that you cannot get +0.2 or +0.5 bonus for example, which could make a big difference between a "minor" anc and a "major" anc. So you reach 10 (max) quite too fast IMO.
I just wonder, is there a way to combine ancs ?
I explain myself, imagine that an anc allone don't give you any bonus (or very poor ones), but once you get a "set" of them, you get some mighty bonus.
Also could some ancs create a special unit under command of your hero when they acquire it the 1st time ?
There are so much possibities that could really improve the already great atmosphere.
