Cant get line infantry texture to work

For some reason I am unable to get a french line infantry skin to work. I have gotten several other line infantry skins to work as well as a few calvary skins but the french line infantry just donsnt want to work.

help would be appreciated

What type of pack is it?

Oh I should have specified, it was a texture I made I edited the diffuse file and renamed it euro_line_infantry_france_diffuse.dds but it doesn't seem to replace the vanilla skin. Ive made a lancer skin that works and a couple infantry skins that also work. Im wondering if I have to edit the gloss_map. did you have trouble with your french reskin?

Ok so you got all three files diffuse, gloss and normal? if you have just changed the colouring of the jacket or anything else in the diffuse file make sure that the alpha channel in the gloss file is "blacked" out

thanks for your help guys but I figured out the problem, there was an error in the pack file manager that caused the files to corrupt. I downloaded the file-manager again and everything is fine now
