In my latest campaing as Rhûn I am at this point:
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
The problem is, I've got more than 50 regions, Dale and Gondor are no more, I have Dale, MT and Dorwinion and still no victory message.
How is this possible?

gondor used sacrificial magic so you are bound to an eternal fight, NEVER TO WIN AGAIN!!!
xD
seriously, i dont know, but are you sure you got all victory conditions, or maybe you already had the message but you chose to continue your campaing, instead of finishing it.
I am very sure I haven't had the message yet, otherwise it would say my victory conditions were met.
i got the same problem with my (short) Rhun camp. and i also had it with Isengard short camp.
in both cases i destroyed Dale (as rhun) and Rohan (as isengard) and got at least 30 regions but no victory![]()
I didn't know people play this for victory. I usually play until I get bored of the constant destroying of every enemy in my path - that is when my empire is fully developed and can support numerous armies on many fronts.
@el Cid
You must conquer one more land, the land name "SHOULD NOT BE SEEN" in the far northeast xD
well... in this case you will never reach them so you will never be victorious
....just kidding....
Its easy to make war with others, its never been easy when we need a peace.
My holy damn simple tactic; Strike First, Strike HARD and SHOW NO MERCY.
Maybe re-installing the bug fix "faction undestroyable".

In what way does is this related to this?
Yes but his goal is not to destroy an Orc faction.
I actually did that the other day to see what would happen. Used the move character cheat to my units there.
It turns out that Sauron is actually the Pope!
Anyway, the game crashed when it got to their turn after I ended my turn. I guess he doesn't like getting beaten by hacks.![]()
Crap thats alot of regions, lol! nice you killed Mordor didnt you allie mordor??
I didn't kill Mordor, I bought a lot of their regions, same with Harad and OotMM, I have a monster economy, making 10K profit a turn, of course this is immediately spend on regions. Mordor is still my ally, just like Harad, but I am thinking of eliminating Harad...
Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do? Should I kill Mordor and Harad or leave them be?
The Dwarves were eliminated around turn 30, Dale at turn 50. After that I declared war on the SE, they've just been eliminated.
@Blackorc the factions have been eliminated, so that's not the problem
@Pietrak I don't play for victory, I just wonder why the message doesn't come.

in my latest rhun campaign is destroyed mordor, and kinda replaced myself as the new army of Sauron, like he first intendend (its true mordor wanted his army to be more like the easterlings)
Haven't got the time to continue my campaign yet, but the funny thing is, Mordor has such big debts that they didn't get any richer than 'bankrupt' from my payments.
The HE are pretty advanced so far, maybe I'll ally them...
If u kill morder and harad you get that whole sea area with umbar and dol amroth ya know. Thats ALOT of sea trade income if you own all or most of coastal cities in that area. So i'd go for it
I'd go to war to Mordor though it will not be as challenging anymore since you got most of their regions.
