I am typing this down so I do not forget my thoughts
plus I would like suggestions


I have had this idea for awhile but never suggested it
due to the fact I know next to nothing about modding

Here is my vision for this mod


I am not good at explaining things so hopefully I do not lose you

this mod does not have a campaign
instead it has just 1 battle map(for now)

you control a small army(7-12 stacks)
you are the only survivors from an ambush by the Gauls

you need to make your way back to Italy
but first you must cross the alps


sorry I do not have more of a story

here is how the map will look

mountains will cover the map
you must travel through mountain paths that open to small valleys

there will be many paths to travel but only 1 correct way

enemy's will be waiting to spring attacks around every corner
the number of enemy's and the difficulty level will increase as you near the end


The map should be like a maze

more as it comes to me

also to make this possible the camera should not be able to zoom out far enough to see over the mountains

maybe a campaign would be possible
but each battle map would need to be unique
not in the way it looked but more in how you interact with it
