One months before release some might have already made up their mind to buy NTW or not to.
Simple question; will you buy NTW?
Yes?
no?
if you are not sure yet dont give an answer.

Yes but probably not at release.
I'm going to buy it, maybe not straight away but around a month after release, only because i'm gonna be playing aliens vs predator 3
otherwise i would buy it straight away as it looks good.

already preordered the limited edition (:
maybe napoleon will only be a empire 2.0 but well.. it looks kinda ok imo. and also I just want to play all the tw games no matter what as I have always done.
Even though empire has many faults I still enjoy it and im pretty sure I will enjoy napoleon too
Yes but not at release. I'll propably wait for something like 50% off Steam weekend

yeah i'm gonna pre-order it soon, and i feel like brynje said that it's probably will be an Empire 2.0 but that doesn't matter for me cause i like the time period better then empire
Maybe.
I'll have to wait and read reviews from members of TW Center before I decide. Didn't vote.
No. At least, certainly not at release, and certainly not at the price they're asking. By the looks of it so far, it's still the same AI from the previous title and the same grappling hook sieges. And if I learned anything about the AI and other issues of ETW, is that they won't get fixed. With that said, if trusted members here at TWC (such as Brigadier Graham) give the game good praise and see it as a vast improvement, I will consider picking it up when the price of the game is vastly reduced and then goes on sale on top of that (gotta love Steam weekend sales). But after shelling out $50 for ETW, I can't bring myself to pay nearly that much again for what is essentially a CA reattempt at the same game. When I look at Napoleon, it's hard for me not to see CA saying "just give me $40 more and we promise we'll get it right this time!"![]()

I'll buy it when I know that it'll fulfill my expectations.
Not before any promotion.
If it's on sale for $9.99 or less, maybe. Aside from that. Nope.
The extra development time will allow us to finalize and polish Empire, making it the most accomplished and epic of the Total War series." said Kieran Brigden, Studio Communications Manager at The Creative Assembly. "There is a great deal of anticipation around Empire: Total War and we want to ensure that it is the benchmark for strategy games upon its release.![]()
Not trying to be critical here chaps, just curious, but so far out of 25 votes 10 don't intend to buy it(bet some will though), so why hang around this forum?

To balance the polls, of course.
For me personally, I'm interested in the game, and it's to this forum that I will turn to to see honest reviews, so that's why I'm here. And if all the reviews are negative, then I will no longer have any reason to be here except to check in periodically to see how patches affect the game and whatnot. But based on what I have seen thus far, I currently have no intentions of buying the game.
In the first day!!!!
