Is there a mod which speeds up combat?

Are there any mods which speed up and generally add to the chaos of close combat?

I've always felt like unit movements and actions were occurring in slow motion. Is there any mod out there which speeds it up to make things look more ferocious?

have you tried simply adjusted battle speed?

I didn't mean like that. I just wanted to know if there was a mod which sped up the animations a bit. I still want to keep my sound effects which dissappear when I go to 2x or 4x speed.
