CTD unspecified error any year

CTD ISSUES

The problem consists in: At any year during the campaign game with any faction, when my spy enters an enemy city, i double click on an enemy army or city or just after i win a battle i get a CTD and a window saying unspecified error Medieval will now quit. The problem seems to happen randomly because sometimes my spy can enter a city with no problem or i can double click on an enemy army with no problem or win a battle and continue playing with no problem but sooner or later i get a CTD.
I've installed M2TW, patch 1.02 and 1.03 after that Broken crescent 2.0 and 2.02. When i saw the problem happening i reinstalled everything about 5 times but nothing changed. I've also changed the campaign_script with the one published in this forum but nothing changed.

Did CTD occur during the b) Strategy map activates. For example when my spy enters an enemy city or just after i win a battle
What is you operating system: Windows 7
What language version of the game do you have? Non English
What year are you playing when CTD occurred? It can happen any year but always before year 1200.
What faction do you play? I normaly play with the indian faction but i've tried others and the same happens.
What faction is creating the CTD: I don't know.
Briefly describe the issue and add comments: It's descriebed at the top of this message.
Provide link to your log file after the issue has happened.

There was nothing in "SEGA\Medieval II Total War\logs” So if the link is not what you need please tell me how to do it correctly.

The problem is realy frustrating because i realy like the mod but there is no way i can play it.

You have non-English version. But did you choose BC installation option for non-English versions?

Yes, i chose non-English version for BC 2.0 and BC 2.02. Thanks for the quick reply.

Experiencing the same problem, but on Windows XP. For me, it occurs during the 1230s or so, during Oman's turn (I'm playing Makuria).

My question would be whether you installed the M2TW patch 1.02.000 or 1.02.001? 1.02.000 can cause crashes. you can find 1.02.001 here

you would have to reinstall M2TW then patch up to 1.02.001 then to 1.03. Then install BC 2.0 patch up to 2.02 and apply the campaignscript fix

Hum, I'm not sure tbh. I downloaded it and put it into M2TW/Broken Crescent/data/text, seeing it wasn't an installer file.

e: ah OK, I've misread the instructions

Bernem, i've always installed patch 1.02.001 but just to make sure i downloaded it from your link and then followed all your instructions. Unfortunately nothing changed, i keep having exactly the same problem.

Could you by chance unpack your M2TW into some dummy folder and post the content of the file:

descr_sounds_accents.txt out the vanilla data folder? I'm curious if CA kicked out different accents for different language versions.

Allthough I somehow doubt that this is the reason... I've similar problems to yours in a german forum and they couldn't be resolved so far...

Sorry, could you tell me in exactly what folder to find the content you want? and if it's from the vanilla M2TW or is it from the updates or broken crescent?
In the vanilla data folder there is nothing named descr_sounds_accents.txt but i remember there was an archive like that on the broken crescent folder.
