    Icon5 Generals and armed populace

Is there a way to change the General unit and Armed Populace for a certain faction only? (I already made new units).

And is it possible to have the armed populace available in custom battles, too?

    Thx

In what way do you want to change those units? Lots of peoples have already made retextures of the bodyguard or general for a number of different factions, and the United Provinces Project introduced new retextures for their armed citizenry.

I've enabled the armed citizenry in the two options for custom battles featured in post #12 here: http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=314270.

open up DB editor, go to unit tables, get your unit, scroll along till you find Garrison availability and chamge this to true, and that unit will now appear in garrisons!

Shoot coward! You are only going to kill a man!

the general is a different issue, I dunno what controls the "general star button", but you can disable it and give unique generals to factions recruitable in buildings.
