    Did you delete both Empire folders before reinstalling?

    hey thanks for responding man. I did, I actually figured it out. some Darth files were hiding out. problem with using the search is finding the files that are named slightly different. you know "Darth" DMUC" and the like.

    Hello!

    I don't know where to find my specs but i'll already telle you my problem.

    When i play ETW battles somethimes the game stops and closes and the computer says: 'empire total war doesn't work anymore and has to be closed'.
    Anyone know how to fix this? its really anoying me

    Click Strat,
    In the box above it, type dxdiag,
    Enter,
    When the dxdiag box appears, on the bottom, click "save all info,
    Save it to your desktop,
    Attach it to your next post.

    What is the brand and model of your computer if pre-built or brand and model of your motherboard of cusom built?

    Did you install Win 7 or did it come installed on your computer?

    again , i really am noob with computers, isn't the brand etc to be found in de file i attached?
    when i type win 7 i see it is on my computer, so i guess it was istalled once
