It seems CA probably cant handle the excessive rants about the yellow Spanish this time, the ranting does help sometimes.

White is actually not so bad, considering the sheer number of colors the Spanish wore in this period. I personally prefer their blue uniforms from later on, though.

I understand they also wore red in addition to those two. The All-American Faction

I have to agree with CA on giving Spain this particular uniform. It really helps them stand out from the hordes of blue coated shako wearers we see later. I made a similar decision in my own mod.

White was the regulation colour in 1808 but a lot of regiments wore blue and in the later reforms the infantry wore blue.Uniforms provided by Britain. Lots of brown cloth was used when uniforms wore out. It's a modder/wargamer's nightmare trying to reproduce a Spanish army .

Jihada, you need to step back and make the decision to portray what is more generic. Spanish Line regiments wore mostly white (as despicted above). Sure the Swiss, Walloon, Royal Guard, Irish regiments and some others had different colors, but at 1805, with a Spain still not overrun by french and still with the possibility of having their army equiped as regulation demanded, white would be the color to go and you can not go wrong there.

We should be flipping backwards in joy that at least this time we get propper troopers and propper uniforms (rest of units still to be seen). I wish to see the Walloon guards, the Swiss and Irish in their distinctive uniforms but white for line infantry is the way to go and I thank Lusted for it.
