Remove system point script

I'm having problem with military points in my current campaign and I want to get rid of this script, is there a way to disable the point system script when the campaign has already started?

In EDB you could find and replace all "and event_counter mil_level_2 1" (etc.) with "", or maybe " ", either would do. That would remove all point related event requirements from buildings.
