the table in the DB is called something really obvious. Just browse them with DB editor and you will find out.

Download DB editor and start it.

if using db editor 1.8 start then either load the mod pack you might be using or just hit load then scroll down to unit_experience_thresholds/..... this lists the kills required and causlites to level up. If your using vinila you have to disable the read only function of the CA files by clicking file then clicking CA Files Read Only so there is no tick there.
