    Default Force Diplomacy Error

I've searched the fourms and followed the instructions for fixing it, However it is still grayed out. Its really making me mad. I've beat the epirotes to one city with like no army. Now i don't wanna wipe them out so i tried a protecorate. They said no. They even said no to a cease fire,

So can someone help. Bear in mind i tried the fixes in other posts.

I don´t know whether the „Forced Diplomacy“ works properly in my Roman campaign.
If I´m going to give a conquered city over to an allied or even neutral nation in order to avoid this nation to be wiped out, I underscore this action with enough money (between 5.000 and 10.000) and the affected nation will accept the deal, of course.
But even with the “Forced Diplomacy” enabled, I have no chance to gain “military access” in allied territory, although I´m offering up to 50.000 money additionally. Is this a bug?

Are you resetting the advisor before starting up the diplomacy and are you triggering the help before making an offer (or even putting anything on the table)?
