First, I like your mod alot. But as spaniard i couldn't resist to point failures in the campaign map of Roma Surrectum that hurts me deeply:
- The worst mistake is the Ebro River. It cross half Iberian peninsula (from cantabric to mediterranean sea) and was the frontier between Cartago and Rome in the Iberian Peninsula by treaty at the end of the first punic war. Tarraco was the roman capital north of the river, and the lands south of the river it was cartaginian territory.
- Tarraco is north from Ebro's delta and it first mentioned at 218 BC. Thats why the original game have the city Osca (roman o iberian Bolskan) instead.
- Corduba wasn't at that moment an important city. The city that dominated that lands was the commercial cartaginian capitol in the peninsula: Gades (a roman name, the phoenincian name was Gadir). By the way, Corduba is north of Guadalquivir river (roman betis river) and the region was called Turdetania due to it's innabitants (iberians turdetani). Betica was a roman name.
- Caratgo Nova's region was called Deitania due to its innhabitans (iberians Deitani). Bastetania was also a good choice. Taraconensis refers to Tarraco (Land dominated by Tarraco).
- Cartago Nova was founded in 228 BC by Hasdrubal the Fair. Before a iberian town existed. It was called Mastia.
- Sagutum region was called Edetenia due to its innahabitans (iberians Edetani), not Carptania.
- In fact the territory you call Hispania is the region the carpetani innhabited and is the land called Carpetania.
- Guadiana river is a long way longer.
The indigenous people of Iberian Peninsula at 3rd Century BC.
Hope you can make some changes. Bye.
