As far as I can recall, installing 0.7 and then 0.8 works without any fixes. It is worth checking, though, if your installation of 0.7 works before adding 0.8.

0.8 doesn't work here, too. I installed 0.7 and then 0.8 (tried both downloads). When I start the game, it's always 0.7 (or at least it's not 0.8). There aren't any titles, Factions have english names, etc...

Ah. I'm just checking the "nothern"-bug. Must I change the other "nothern" captains (same spelling mistake at sweden, bohemia, austria) too?

don't mention it. you must change the spelling mistake at the obotrites, as far as i know. if it doesn't work, you can get the tartaros fix a couple posts bak(a post from the user tartaros, who made it)

I aslo could not get 0.8 running when I downloaded it from gamefront. Then I uninstalled it and download the mod from the rapidshare links and it worked without any further fixes. However, I have fixed all misspeled northern captains just for case.

Hey guys whenever I try to download the 0.7 version (or this one) from gamefront I just get an error message or 403 FORBIDDEN everytime it starts. How do I Get past this? IS there another 0.7 download anywhere else?

possibly corrupted download. i can't upload the game right now(i have the new map uploaded, but factions are not yet in place)

gamefront has made it unable to upload and download in some countries. this is the cause of the download problem. try if it works with a proxy or a VPN.

Hello

First of all I would like to express my joy of this mod. For long I have been looking for this kind of mod, and you guys have truly made a cool mod. So thank you for that.

Now to my issue. Ive followed instrucions regarding the 0.8 beta update - unzipping and copy/replace to the DHRR data folder. When I reach the start menu, it clearly shows that I am running 0.7.

Has anyone encountered the same problem, and if so, how do I solve it?
