    Default Dark Time: TW

    An all-new fantasy mod that will have around 4 factions for first release (keeping it simple ) !

    The idea is practically the same as Thera and Curse of the Warpstorm (both mods for MTW2), but then for RTW ofcourse. It takes place in a fantasy world. The world is shrowded in mist - will show some shots of the dark campaign map ) Romans and Barbarians end their struggles and coöperate to destroy a new enemy : The Evils (name not definite yet ). These are Orcs, Uruk-Hai, and whatnot all together. Then there's the Brainless Horde. And finally (though this faction may eventually be dropped, due to animations), an Empire faction. Explanation of factions follows below.

    The mod will(or should) for include the first release feature :

    - A brand new map (Already have a base, it's just adding regions and polishing now)
    - 4-5 extremely different factions (Romans, Evils, Brainless Horde, Empire, Barbarian Tribe)
    - New UI, to increase the atmosphere
    - A collection of the most awesome units available for RTW, since there'll be a "gathering" of top-mods' units !

    Faction Explanation :
    - Romans : Will include ferres' awesome units, with some reskinning from my part (for instance adding rust to the chainmail, to increase the grim atmosphere)
    - Evils : Uruk-Hai, Orcs, and some mercenaries perhaps. Will try to get permission from several mods, and then reskin them.
    - Empire : A faction with firearms. Hoping to get permission to use anims (only anims) from the European Wars team for the guns. The units will be extremely expensive, but without a doubt the strongest in the game.
    - Brainless Horde : Really, this faction is the exact opposite of the 'Empire'. Endless amount of unit, but so incredibly weak. The idea should be that if these guys charge towards the emire's guns, hundreds of units get slaughtered in 1 round
    - Barbarian Tribe : Self explanatory. Again, will ask permission to use units from other mods. This to speed up the process, and to keep the amount of work low

    What exactly is the Brainless Horde composed of? The name reminds me of zombies, but you haven't said exactly. If they are undead, maybe you could ask Call of Warhammer to use their Vampire Counts models?

    goodluck theo, i had the same idea once but got caught in another mod which sadly failed still had errorless ctds might as well start fresh

    Just a little shot :

    The UI needs some mroe polishing, and the map will use new ground textures

    The UI will also be different for all/most factions

    Just wondering if The Empire is based on gunpower how can the AI control the faction in campagin withouth be really underpowered
