    Default Little help for 3 changes.

    Hey,

    In order for me to enjoy this mod more i need to do few changes for myself, especially since i play as Rohan most of the time.

    Now the changes are ment for purely myself so no need for the negative answers that how bad player i am or whatever else.

    Thing is i dont know how to do it, and yes i have used search function.

    1. How to remove armies that pop up in settlements when they are beeing sieged.

    2. How to remove armies that pop up after the settlement has fallen, to retake it.

    3. How to remove Invasion from the game or better yet, if its possible, how to lower the amount of armies that join invasions and also how to lower their move distance per turn.

    For 1. and 2. have a look at the FAQ.
    I don't know how to remove invasions, but to alter their movement do the following:
    The movement modifier defines the bonus, set it to 1.0 and you have the standard movement.

    You would need to manually edit the campaign script. Open campaign_script.txt with notepad located in
    ...\Medieval II Total War\mods\Third_Age\data\world\maps\campaign\imperial_campaign

    Go to section:: ;########################## HELP WEAKENED FACTIONS ###########################
    and delete the ''spawn army lines''. For instance:

    So in this case they don't get additional armies when Edoras is lost. Do this until you reach the section:

    Just set this line to 300 or something, so invasions start at that turn:

    EDIT: So in order to get rid of Armies poping under siege i need to delete that HUGE amount of text under Garrison Script until Money Script like explained in FAQ?

    Im asking because it really is a lot of text like half of what is in that file. Obviously i make backups first.

    Q. Sometimes when I siege an enemy AI controlled settlement massive amounts of troops are spawned out of nowhere the next turn, what gives?

    A. You have fallen victim to the Garrison Script. It is designed to help the AI protect its cities and make the game more challenging. Only the more important/famous cities and capitals have this script.
