New napoleon news! Sylvester Stalone to do a cameo as rambo!

As we all know, rambo played a great role in etw by being able to reload and shoot accurately on a horse at a full gallop at max skirmisher range!!!! I'm glad to see Stalone is still being employed by CA. Good job, guys!

By the way this is possible. To shoot and riding at the same time, if you are professional . And if you are professional and you've done it whole life, then your Accuracy is deadly to every soldier on the field.
You know why they have these things under his legs, because its help to stand still.

yes it's possible to shoot a napoleonic era weapon from a horse going at top speed and hit a man 90 yards away if you have done it your whole life. I highly doubt, though, that these men would be the 2nd cheapest cavalry to recruit(on a per horse basis), beaten only by camel gunners.

Well in all fairness we don't know if that guy's actually hit anyone to begin with.

Though wasn't the "Ride and shoot" something that was implemented in ETW (one of the patches)? I thought that was something people wanted.

he's implying that this feature be tweaked. nothing unnecessary about this fun, informative topic.

That's not Rambo, he does his thing with a bow and arrow.

dragoons in etw have a 90 yard range, and I'm assuming they're exactly the same unless there is some confirmation otherwise.

I'm with you on this one, it's very hard to reload while walking on foot, imagine doing it on horseback!

If that were Rambo he would have a helicopter, two M60's and a bandana...even if he was in the Napoleonic Wars.

I would like shooting while on horses/camels in NTW because without it, those units wouldn't have much of a purpose. Though their accuracy needs to be decreased.

There's just no pleasing some people.

aaaawww shucks! if I can't appreciate dragoons that outclass all other light cav in the game and can even be an acceptable replacement for heavy cav, what CAN I appreciate, eh?

It was something that people complained incessantly (and rightfully) for.

you get one screenshot of a guy firing from horseback and suddenly he's picking off individual troops at 100 yards out and reloading at 30 mph?

In ETW this wasn't included (until people started complaining about it not being in there) ..
Now they added it and we get this !

People need to make up their minds
