Anyone knows how big the Austrian fleet and French fleet were after the war (1815/1816) and how much soldiers were paid in this time span?

Not sure about 1815/ 816 but daily salary for Napoleonic infantry was (daily, in franks):

    Line Infantry Private 0.3
    Old Guard Infantry Private 1.17

    Line Infantry Sergeant 0.62
    Old Guard Infantry Sergeant 2.22
“He [Kutuzov] does not desire anything but Napoleon’s retreat from Russia, while the salvation of the whole world is dependant on him “ Sir Robert Wilson to Alexander I, 25 October 1812.

Well according to The Napoleonic Army Handbook, Austria inherited the Venetian fleet in 1814 consisting of 4 ships of the line with another 6 under construction. However Austria cancelled the 6 underway, lost 2 of the 4 to fire and converted the remaining pair to frigates.
