Which new territories were created in 1.4?

I've seen 1 new territory in Mordor, but that's about it. Haven't played a lot since 1.4 came out though, but I am curious about where the new territories are. Anyone got a map or can describe it?

Harad received a new region as well. DOn't know the name exactly, but it is your most north-western settlement when you start a new game.

The one for Harad is called Has Yaib or something along these lines.
And Rhun has also a new city to the west of their territories. And there is also a rebel settlement added in South Ithilien.

How about noticebale geographical changes? I've noticed one has to use fords of Isen to get from E. Rohan to W. Rohan. Anything else anyone noticed?
