No way to do this aside to wait for offers and/or marry princesses from within your family to them. Which I believe only works if they're adopted.

If I have a real good general who I want to get married, I use my own princesses sometimes. Obviously you have to ‘have’ a princess first. And that can be a prop...
Currently I’m playing as the English, and my family is booming like hell! Had the luck to marry my heir with Constance (four hearts) in the beginning of the campaign. And my own princess had after several successful diplomatic encounters four hearts, and she managed to marry a young enemy general who turned-over to my family.
So at the beginning of this campaign I had two young couples who got A LOT of children.
I never had a short of generals, and sometimes don’t know where to leave my princesses...

Hate it, but I think you're wrong there Nazgūl. With the English I currently intended to marry one of my princesses to one of my favorit generals. This princess haven't reached him yet, but I already clicked on him with my princess and the marry-icon was there...so I think it is possible. Will let you know when they are married, though!
