I heard that Napoleon Total War will combine with Empire Total War and NTW will continue until year 1830 in ETW!!
Is it true??

No, you're wrong. NTW is an expansion of ETW (well, not officialy), so uses the ETW engine, but has alot new stuff like atrittion, full MP GC, drop-in-battles, etc.
The time period is from 1796 to 1812 (well, it has Waterloo)[Col] RO Citizen
