Can I play EB in windows mod

I don't know why, but I can't start the game with EBtrivialscript.exe, there is a error report.
But I click the EB configuration icon and have it done successfully.
But the window mod looks too smal.
There is another feature in EB configuration RTW command line, "Enable Editor". What is this mean?

-enable_editor This turns on the Historical Battle Editor. To run the Editor, start the game and go to Options, then Battle Editor.

What this exactly means...Idk, never used that feature
