Default Ok, this website really impressed me

So i was browsing the internet for a family guy episode named "I Dream of Jesus", and i stumble across this

    http://www.jesus-is-savior.com/

I have to say, the moment i laid my eyes across a few topics, i felt happy.

    Divorce is a sin
    Evolution is a big hoax

and such , made me laugh so hard that i fell of the chair.
Am i the only one who finds this ridiculous?

EDIT: gotta add that they got it right with the 9/11 business, at least part of it...

The funny thing is all christians say, "You can go to heaven if you BELIEVE in Jesus Christ!" I say, "What about the billions of humans who died BEFORE Jesus was even a twinkle in his daddy's eye?"
Alistair Yronwood - Lord of Yronwood, Warden of the Stone Way, Blood Royal

"Darkness? I was born in it...molded by it. I didn't see the light until I was already a man. By then it was nothing to me but blinding! The shadows betray you because they belong to me!
"But there must always be a Darth Traya, one that holds the knowledge of betrayal. Who has been betrayed in their heart, and will betray in turn."

"You clearly don't know who you're talking to, so let me clue you in. I am not in danger, I AM the danger! A guy opens his door and gets shot and you think that of me? No. I am the one who knocks! "

I don't know about the official position of the Orthodoxes and Catholics, but in the Protestant church I used to visit as a child (am agnostic now, so don't visit it anymore) they explained it that when Jesus died on the cross, the next three days before his resurrection he was preaching in... "Abraham's bosom" (or Purgatory, or Hell, or whatever the respective denomination believes in). It doesn't make much sense, of course, since dead souls should be able to recognize him as the son of God and accept him as their saviour.
A better question, IMO, is "What about the billions of humans who never even heard of Jesus?", like the Native Americans, Asians etc. before the arrival of European missionaries. The "best" answer I've had so far was that for such people it's left on their conscience and how they lived their life (either that or the Mormon version). Which, IMO, means that it would have actually been better for those people if they've never had missionaries opening them a wider path to Hell.

Ah... the internet. Allowing whackjobs the world over to spread their loony ideas since the mid-1990's.

Seems like they are pretty much against anything.
    I saw this quote which pretty much sums them up;
To those who have faith, no explanation is necessary; To those without faith, no explanation is possible.
It just tells you how these people think - without reason.

No, they did not. As usual with hyper-religious conspiracy-wackjobs, they are always wrong. Always.
Seriously. If you believe something they believe, change what you believe on that topic immediately because it's dead wrong.

I just went through the site and I think I disagree with everything they say.

Just because a bunch of morons beleive it too, doesnt mean the inteligent people who went out and collected concrete evidence should be ignored. Now I dont know for sure, but there is sure as hell a huge compilation of proof to suggest 9/11 was not everything it seemed to be. (Bad analogy for what seems to be a lot of athiests, lol, but you get the point.)

If there had been intelligent people collecting 'concrete evidence' then maybe so. But there haven't been, and that's why it's just stupid conspiracy nuts like the hyper-religious morons on that site that believe it.

No, there's not anything even remotely like 'a huge compilation of proof', and that's why you won't find anything even remotely close to a scientific peer-reviewed study supporting that conclusion. All you find is websites by dimwit XYZ who's keen to explain why all the engineers who investigated the buildings are wrong. I wonder why...

But... I don't want to derail this thread. Anyone who thinks there's a shred of evidence for what's possibly the most stupid conspiracy-theory-crap that's ever been proposed, can PM me about it. Or start a thread about it somewhere and be prepared to be ripped to shreds

They seem pretty inteligent to me, but hey, I guess your inteligence surpasses an expert of demolition/engineer expertise.

Please dont try to threaten me. I just want to have an educated chat, dont demean yourself by threating people.

Like I said, I really dont know, I'm not an expert.

Minister for Home Affairs of the Commonwealth v Zentai [2012] HCA 28 per Heydon J at [75]

Analysis should not be diverted by reflections upon the zeal with which the victors at the end of the Second World War punished the defeated for war crimes. The victors were animated by the ideals of the Atlantic Charter and of the United Nations. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights was about to peep over the eastern horizon. But first, they wanted a little hanging.

One thing about crazy is that we know they have a lot of time on their hands.

IF, as evolutionists claim, the earth is billions of years old, and mankind has evolved from a lower and simpler form of life, then why has mankind gone from writing upon stones to laser printers in just the past 3,500 years? When God gave Moses the Ten Commandments, they were written upon stone. It is abundantly clear that the Egyptians carved messages into stone (hieroglyphics). So why is it that mankind has only discovered better inventions in the past few thousand years? If mankind had evolved, as evolutionists claim, then why didn't man discover ink a million years ago? Think about it. This is an astonishing thought--There were NO planes, cars, computers, refrigerators, electricity, lights, gas, powered-equipment, telephones, recording devices, CD players, MP3 players, electric razors, televisions, record players, movie cameras, or a million other modern technological inventions--just a mere 170 years ago. Civilization has advanced from utter primitiveness to incredible mind-boggling achievements in just a little over 100 years. So why didn't mankind discover any of this stuff 100,000,000 years ago, or 100,000 years ago for that matter?
