Ok i'll keep it simple for a non english speaker =D
1) Yes! Higher kings purse > More money
2) More aggressive, more invasions
3) Less diplomatic: Won't agree to your terms easily

but in vanilla on VH in battles cpu troops have bonus to attack is this bonus in this mod ?
simple : AI(battle) is from vanilla or is modified ?

If the attack bonus is hardcoded then yes.
