Force diplomacy not working!!

It's been quite a while since I had downloaded the force diplomacy mod, but for some reason, the SHOW ME button is greyed out.

YES, I have no doubt I followed all of the steps correctly.
Also, I tried re-extracting each of the files to the files that already exist with the same name, but it doesn't work.
Please, does anyone have any idea?

yes, this is actually the exact one that i tried to follow.
but it didn't work...

Alright, after some searching I found my problem and I'm kinda embarrassed too. All you have to do is once you have your diplomat and you open talks with another nation you'll see a question mark on the top right corner, just click it and the "show me how" button will appear.
