Are there any new firing drills in Napoleon?

Like fire and pull back or marching backwards... reloading while marching, maybe some kind of tactical retreat?
Most units took too long setting up to effectively move away from an enemy while occasionally stopping to return fire. Especially skirmishers.

I think yes i have seen some but if they are just random fire not sure but i guess you will have to wait for some real gameplay videos.

Not sure about new firing drills. But I read somewhere that units can now fire outside the firing cone.

I guess NTW cleared up infantry glaucoma. Units can now respond to enemy fire... revolutionary... REVOLUTIONARY I SAY!

I wish they would fix the damned advance and fire drill, it doesn't work
